Busan Fireworks Festival 2026: November 7 tickets, 18:00 arrival rule and return plan

The 21st Busan Fireworks Festival is scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026 at Gwangalli Beach, Igidae and Dongbaekseom. NOL Ticket lists the show as 19:00–20:00 KST. Paid-seat entry starts at 15:00, and its conditions require arrival at the viewing seats before 18:00; failure to arrive by then can mean no entry or refund. Plan around the entry deadline, not just the first firework.
Buying tickets: delivery and collection matter
For standard NOL tickets booked through October 11, the seller lists batch delivery from October 12. Bookings from October 12 use on-site collection. Overseas delivery and acceptance of every foreign card or phone number have not been verified. Before paying, confirm how your ticket will reach you, the account requirements and the cancellation terms. A hotel address should only be used after arranging receipt with the hotel. Busan-resident discount tickets require residence evidence and are collected on-site; being a visitor staying in Busan does not establish eligibility.
International visitors can check the NOL World international sales page. It specifies international visitors, passport verification and a maximum of four regular tickets per person. Prepare your passport and booking record, and check the actual purchase screen for collection and cancellation conditions. A page or Buy button does not guarantee remaining seats or successful payment. Do not use the domestic page’s general proxy-collection rule to override international identity checks.
2026 times and the choice between paid seats and public areas
The published 19:00–20:00 schedule includes a planned break from 19:15 to 19:25. It is not sixty uninterrupted minutes of fireworks. R seats include a table and chair for KRW 100,000; S seats include a chair for KRW 70,000. A seat gives you the booked viewing area, not freedom from entry controls or queues. Choose a paid seat if a defined seat matters; for public viewing, choose an area only after checking the organiser’s access restrictions. Do not use the 2025 programme as the 2026 timetable.
Metro directions to Gwangalli from your accommodation
The organiser lists Line 2, Gwangan Station (광안), Exit 3. This is a normal access reference, not a guarantee that an exit remains open during the event. Check your ticket’s actual entrance separately.
| Starting point | To Gwangan Station |
|---|---|
| Seomyeon (서면) | Line 2 toward Jangsan (장산) |
| Busan Station (부산역) | Line 1 toward Nopo (노포), change at Seomyeon to Line 2 toward Jangsan |
| Haeundae (해운대) | Line 2 toward Yangsan (양산) |
For Dongbaekseom, the organiser lists Line 2 Dongbaek Station (동백), Exit 1. It is a different viewing area from Gwangalli. Choose one rather than planning to shuttle between both in the evening.
November 7 road closures
The official 2026 traffic diagram lists full closure of Gwangan Bridge’s upper deck from 15:30–24:00 and lower deck from 18:30–24:00. The beach road between “언양삼거리” and “만남의광장” is scheduled to close from 10:00 until the end, with further phased controls nearby.
Do not assume a taxi can take you directly to your seat entrance; plan the walk from a permitted drop-off. The organiser’s bus directions contain a mismatch between headings and stop names, so we have not copied those bus numbers and use the metro as the basic route. Follow staff and the latest official notices.
After the show: choose the direction for your hotel
| Destination | Basic route from Gwangan |
|---|---|
| Seomyeon | Line 2 toward Yangsan |
| Busan Station | Line 2 toward Yangsan, then Line 1 toward Dadaepo Beach (다대포해수욕장) at Seomyeon |
| Haeundae | Line 2 toward Jangsan |
- Before viewing, save your hotel’s Korean address, nearest station and a meeting point for your group.
- Use staff-directed exit routes. If Gwangan is crowded, do not assume a side street or alternative station is automatically accessible. Compare Suyeong, Geumnyeonsan or Namcheon only against your location and the day’s controls.
- Allow for queues at the station. Check the transport corporation’s network and service information for your station’s last train and the final interchange at Seomyeon. We have not confirmed 2026 extra-train intervals or extended operation.
- The scheduled 20:00 finish is not your arrival time at the station. Avoid a tight connection to the final intercity train or a flight home that night.
Useful phrases: 서면 방향은 어느 쪽인가요? (Which way is the direction for Seomyeon?) / 이 출구로 나갈 수 있나요? (Can I leave through this exit?). Wheelchair seats require a telephone booking through NOL on 1544-1555; companions book separately. Confirm the designated gate and assistance rather than assuming ordinary seats are accessible.
Ten places on the night
These place names help you compare areas on a map; they are not ten guaranteed open viewpoints or a route to complete in one evening. Public spaces may have free viewing, but gates, paths and capacity limits can change. Private cafés and hotels set their own prices. The visibility of every launch point from each spot has not been verified.
- Gwangalli Beach (광안리해수욕장) — Main festival beach; choose your viewing area before arrival.
- Paid-seat zone (유료 관람석) — R or S ticket required; follow the seller’s entry and collection rules.
- Gwangan Bridge (광안대교) — The bridge is a landmark, not a pedestrian viewing destination.
- Millak waterfront (민락수변공원) — Compare this waterfront on the map; check event-day access.
- Igidae coastal path (이기대 해안산책로) — Check coastal-path restrictions and your return route.
- Dongbaekseom (동백섬) — Check park-path access before treating it as a viewing plan.
- Marine City, Haeundae (해운대 마린시티) — Compare the shoreline with your accommodation and return route.
- Yongho Byeolbit Park (용호별빛공원) — Check the organiser’s current viewing-area guidance.
- Gwangalli back streets (광안리 먹자골목) — Consider dinner after the show; shop hours and queues vary.
- Suyeong / Geumnyeonsan / Namcheon stations (수영·금련산·남천역) — Compare alternatives, but follow station controls and current service notices.

NOL regular sales: September 4, 14:00 to November 6, 17:00 KST. The organiser lists BNK mobile sales ending November 1 at 23:59, branch sales November 5 at close of business, and the accommodation package’s listed sales window ended on October 25 at 23:59. These are sales windows, not live seat inventory.
Before committing to accommodation, confirm the ticket collection method, cancellation terms and route back. We have not verified a 2026 rain postponement date or live remaining seats. Follow the organiser’s latest notice for weather changes; do not assume a programme change guarantees your chosen travel refund.
Ticket collection and cancellation
For proxy collection of ordinary NOL tickets on site, the listing requires a copy of the booker’s ID and the booking record. Busan-resident discounts have separate residence-proof and attendance conditions for the booker and companions; do not apply ordinary proxy rules to them. No separate chair is supplied in the wheelchair area. Cancellation charges depend on booking date, time until the event and the deadline; do not assume every cancellation within seven days of booking is free. Read the conditions for your ticket before paying.
Check before you pay
Questions for planning this visit, not allegations against any business.
- Match the seller, venue address, date, party size, cancellation deadline and time zone on the confirmation. Save change/cancellation refund conditions and who handles them; an application receipt is not a confirmed booking.
- If staying overnight, save the total including taxes and extra guests, latest check-in, no-show rules and cancellation deadline. If delayed, send your arrival time and obtain written confirmation that the room will be held. Sending a message is not acceptance.
