Cancellations, refunds and file problems
Cancellation before PDF delivery receives a full refund. After delivery, file errors, wrong files or missing agreed content are corrected or redelivered; if unresolved, the affected product price is refunded. Bundle components are valued at KRW 19,900 for the guide and KRW 9,900 for the journal. Other post-delivery cancellation requests are reviewed against delivery status and applicable consumer rights. Guide KRW 19,900; journal/album KRW 9,900; personalized guide + journal bundle KRW 29,800. All are final one-time prices including VAT, with no physical shipping fee. The bundle contains both standalone products without a discount. Articles remain free without registration. Online card payments, automatic payments and subscriptions are in preparation; orders currently proceed manually after inquiry.

How manual pre-orders work
- Contact us with the destination, language and contents you need.
- Review the product, final quote, delivery schedule and method, and cancellation/refund terms.
- After receiving order confirmation, transfer the agreed amount to the Baramir account. Do not transfer before consultation.
- A person checks the deposit and supplies the file manually by the agreed schedule and method. No automatic approval or instant download.

Delivery time and method
After scope and document language are confirmed and both payment and all required production details are received, delivery starts counting on the next business day: guide and bundle PDFs by email within 7 business days; journal PDF within 2. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding Korean public holidays. Confirm the actual delivery date and language availability before ordering; do not transfer if the schedule does not suit you. No instant paid download, physical shipping or booking service.
