What should I check before booking?
Check the total including taxes and extras, the cancellation deadline, final check-in time and no-show terms.
Save the booking screen and confirmation email. If arriving late, also keep the property’s written acceptance that your room will be held.
What if I will arrive late?
Send your expected arrival date and time to the property through the booking platform.
Ask in writing whether check-in is possible, your room will be held and any extra charge applies. Sending a message is not acceptance. If there is no reply, contact the booking platform’s support as well.
What Korean can I show my hotel?
Fill in the blanks and send this to the property or show the screen to confirm late arrival.

What if the charge or cancellation differs from my booking?
Open your booking terms and ask the property for the cancellation reason or itemized extra charges in writing.
Contact booking support and keep messages and receipts. If you have no room tonight, ask about alternative accommodation and its terms.
For tourism advice and interpretation, call 1330 (daily 07:00–24:00 KST). For immediate danger such as threats or violence, call 112. Refunds and reimbursement of extra costs are not automatic; the terms need to be checked.

How do I use free articles?

How do I change the language?
Use the language menu at the top of the page. The main address opens in your browser’s preferred language; your own selection takes priority. A link to a specific language stays in that language. Can I buy now?

Can I get a refund?
Cancellation before PDF delivery receives a full refund. After delivery, file errors, wrong files or missing agreed content are corrected or redelivered; if unresolved, the affected product price is refunded. Bundle components are valued at KRW 19,900 for the guide and KRW 9,900 for the journal. Other post-delivery cancellation requests are reviewed against delivery status and applicable consumer rights.
